DRESS CODE

Black Tie

We invite you to dress to the nines with us.

FOR THE GENTLEMAN

Black tie attire is requested. Gentlemen are strongly encouraged to wear a tuxedo with a white shirt and black bow tie; if a tuxedo is not available, a well-tailored dark suit with a white shirt and black bow tie is a welcome alternative for those who prefer it.

Think formal and timeless — the evening calls for your very best. For guests who don't own a tuxedo, affordable rentals are widely available through services such as The Black Tux

FOR THE LADIES

Ladies, formal, black tie evening attire. A floor-length gown is the classic choice, though an elegant tea-length or cocktail dress is also welcome.

Since our ceremony is an Orthodox service, shoulders and knees should be covered during the church portion. Scarves will be available at the entrance for anyone who'd like one.

Most guests won't have a chance to change before the reception, but if you want to do a quick outfit change, go for it. Elegant and timeless is the goal, not flashy.
